Lilo Beagle & Border Collie Mix Homestead, FL

Lilo is a lucky dog!! She was surrendered to animal services and rescued by This is the Dog! on New Years Day! Lilo is a young girl with lots of energy. Lilo would love to be a running partner and live with a friend that is active and likes to play outside. She would be best in a house with kids over 5, because Lilo gets excited quickly!! She knows sit, wait/stay, come, and off; Lilo is learning leave it. Please email pets@thisisthedog.com for an application.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Complete Adoption Application and fax to 305-247-9127 or email pets@thisisthedog.com
2. Meet with the dog or cat and bring treats
3. Complete Adoption Contract
4. Adoption Donation $75 for cats, $200 for puppies under 6 months and $150 for dogs over 6 months Adoption donation for dogs includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Microchip, Deworming, and Heartworm Check if needed. Adoption donation for cats/kittens includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Deworming, FeLV/FIV testing

This is the Dog! does not have a shelter. Our dogs and cats are in boarding and in foster homes primarily in Homestead, FL. We are a small group of volunteers.

It is worth the drive South from Miami or North from the Keys to find your canine or feline companion. This Is The Dog! (or Cat!) for you!
