UPDATE: EMILY KITTY WENT HOME!
OMG! This has been the worst few days in my 7 week old life! Me, my sister and two brothers had a pretty scary few days…Our Mom, who loved us very much just came up missing the other day. We don’t know what happened to her. She was teaching us everything we needed to know about living outside. She kept telling us not to go in the road that the cars and trucks would hurt us badly! We had been looking for her and playing around when I found a tiny hole in the side of a house and thought that maybe my Mommy was in there. Well, I squeezed in, I almost didn’t make it. But Mom wasn’t there. When I tried to get out, “I couldn’t!” I meowed, and meowed, over end over, but Mommy never came to help me. The lady who lived in the house brought some ladies to help get me out. I don’t know if they knew it but I had been stuck in that wall for two days now! I was really scared, tired, hungry, and thirsty! The three ladies tried and tired to get to me, but couldn’t. Then one of them, Dianne, crawled under the house and started digging to make another hole. I didn’t think it would work! But after six hours a hand reached in the new hole and grabbed me and pulled me out. WOW, the sunshine was bright! They put me, my sister and brothers in a box; after being stuck in that wall I didn’t want to go in the dark box! So one of the ladies, Cindy, held me the whole way back. They took us back to The Ark of Hope Rescue with them. They put us in a nice big room with a big bowl of water, YEA! And a big bowl of food just for kittens, YEA! We heard Dianne and Cindy talking about finding us new Mommies. I can’t wait! I have a secret to tell you ~ Dianne put a big box in our room with some kind of sand in it. After eating and drinking I had to go potty but I couldn’t find a flower bed so I pottied in that box!!!
