Meet Frannie
Frannie was born sometime in 2008. She is very social, but would prefer to be the only cat. She could get along with another cat and possibly a dog, but she would definitely be the boss. She loves to hang around where the action is. She is playful and mischievous. She chooses her friends and the times to be friendly.
Frannie is one of our special needs kitties. She has limited vision due to damage her retinas suffered during a bout of uncontrolled high blood pressure.
