Kaylee was pulled from a shelter extremely sick and under-weight. She was treated for severe upper respiratory problems and kennel cough. She also had heartworms. She is being fostered with other border collies and now has her health and strength back.

Kaylee appeared to have had a litter before being picked up as a stray. She has finished her heartworm treatment and is healthy and strong. As Kaylee has improved, she has shown how she loves to play ball and tug. She walks well on a leash and likes to ride in the car. She is crate-trained and house-broken. She settles nicely and loves to chew on bones and toys. She gets along with all the dogs in her foster home, but she is way too interested to be in a home with cats, unless they love to play chase with a border collie.

Kaylee knows that she is now loved and is so grateful for her new life!!! She is a super, sweet girl who knows how good she has it now!! She smothers you with kisses and cuddles up for tummy rubs. A home with kids would be fine, as long as they are over 8 years old. Kaylee is up to date on all her shots, micro-chipped, and will soon be completely healthy. A $250 adoption donation will be asked to help off-set her high medical bills and a home visit will be done.
