PLEASE GIVE ME A FOREVER HOME Pyrl came into rescue in September 2008 emaciated and with scarcoptic mange. Thanks to many "pyrlovers" who donated for her care, we were able to provide the medical care she needed to get her healthy again. She has gained 40 lbs, and grown her coat back in, which is now thick and luxurious and she is more than ready for a forever home. We believe Pyrl is about 5 years old now.She gets along fine with other dogs and enjoys playing and romping with them. She is fine with cats too. Pyrl is such a character - she bounces around to go outside, when she knows it's meal time and when she wants to for a walk or car ride- so cute! Pyrl loves going for walks and enjoys strutting her stuff and for car rides too! She would do best in an all adult home or one with older children. She would make a great companion for some lucky "Pyrson." Pyrl will be placed as inside pet with outside privileges to an above ground securely fenced yard. Pyrs do not do well with wireless fencing. Pyrl is a bit like a cat, she gets overstimulated sometime, and lets you know when enough is enough regarding petting.

We recommend obedience training for all newly adopted pyrs, to help you create a special bond with you and your new friend.
