Hi, my name is Joey. I was born in Baltimore and used to live with a lady. She was evicted. She moved but she left me to fend for myself. I was homeless!!! I hung around the neighborhood and let everyone know that I needed a home. No one would take me in. One day a kind lady drove by and saw me. She asked about me and found out that I desperately needed a home because I used to be an indoor house cat. WOW, she scooped me up and off I went into the Cats R Us rescue shelter. Yea!!! These nice volunteers love and feed me every day and night at the shelter. This is pretty nice but I would really like to move to my FOREVER home. Please consider adopting me. Stop by the Annapolis Petsmart every Saturday between 11:30 - 3 pm to see our cats that need loving homes. Not all of our cats attend every adoption show so please send an email before you come to meet a particular cat so we can make appropriate arrangements.

ABOUT OUR SHELTERCats R Us is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) feral cat rescue group that operates two small shelters and a foster home program in the Annapolis, Maryland area. Our main focus is TNR (Trap, Neuter and Return). We are a NO KILL facility and our cats will stay with us as long as it takes for them to find their forever home. Our adoption fee is $110.00. The adoption fee covers the kitty having been altered, vaccinated (age appropriate), tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, dewormed, deflead and demited.
